The acquisition of Manoir Aerospace represents a
major new milestone in the development of the LISI
Group. It endorses the strategy of strengthening the
“Structural Components Section” undertaken by the
LISI AEROSPACE division, duemainly to the integration
of complementary metal forming technologies and
by the introduction of fresh expertise in aeronautical
applications (see also page 53). With a staffing level
of 1,100 spread over three sites in France, one site in
Belgiumandone inMexico, theManoirAerospacegroup
achievedsalesof€164million in2013.
