Ensuring the safety, health and well-being at work of all

LISI Group employees is a top priority for the company.

The continuous improvement procedures and methods

put in place to reduce the risks are in accordance with

the OHSAS 18001 standard for which LISI is certified. The

Group’s objective is to achieve, by 2020, an accidentology

threshold of less than 8 accidents at work with or without

stoppage per million hours worked, for all collaborators,

employees and temporary personnel (TF1). In 2018, this

rate dropped from 11.61 to 10.11 (as at 12/31/2018), being a

drop of -37% in 5 years. This represents the best results

ever achieved by the Group. This improvement reinforces

all the teams on the effectiveness of the LISI E-HSE

program and the employees who implement it on a daily

basis.
