It has therefore been decided to submit the applications of Mrs. Françoise GARNIER and Mr. Bernard BIRCHLER to the functions of director for a 4-year term. The two directors representing employees appointed in 2020 by the Group Committee and the European Committee followed a training course before attending their first meeting. Other training courses, including 68 hours delivered in 2021, are planned throughout their term of office. The Board also plans to pursue its approach to achieve the formal rate of one third of independent directors.
