To achieve this objective, the R&D team in Marmande (Southwest of France, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region) is developing advanced cold forming processes for the manufacture of thin metal parts protecting the trailing edges. This co-design work between LISI and its engine manufacturer clients allows them to minimize assembly costs and maximize the structural strength of their parts.
