Preamble The COVID-19 crisis is a major event that is impacting our business as a whole. As of the date of this report, it is impossible to calculate the effect of the crisis on the Group’s economic and financial position, although it is clear that it will have a marked impact. Chapters (and particularly the paragraphs regarding outlook) were written before the extent of the crisis was fully known and understood. Nevertheless, the Group is making every effort to reduce the impact of the crisis and to instill its business continuity plan.
